Description

A delicious and easy breakfast casserole featuring eggs, sausage, and cheese, perfect for busy mornings or family gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 can crescent rolls
  • 1 pound mild breakfast sausage
  • 6 eggs, beaten
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Spray a 9×13 baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  3. Cook the sausage in a skillet until it’s brown, then drain the excess grease.
  4. Spread the crescent rolls evenly in the bottom of the baking dish.
  5. Layer the browned sausage on top of the crescent rolls.
  6. Pour the beaten eggs over the sausage.
  7. Generously sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top.
  8. Place the dish in the oven and bake for 30 minutes or until the eggs are set and the cheese is bubbly.
